Store Manager | Fast paced store | £28-30,000

We are recruiting for a Store Manager to join a highly respected and ambitious retailer who are growing and developing at a fast rate! This is a great role for a Store Manager who can motivate a team, deliver high standards and provide a great experience for customers time and time again!

As our clients new Store Manager, you will have the customer journey at the heart of everything you do, you will take pride in your store appearance and ensure the visuals are on point all day, every day. Our client operates in a high stock environment so the ability to deliver service at pace is essential, alongside this you will be comfortable in an operationally heavy store.

What you will do as our new Store Manager

Passionate about retail

Work with a great team to deliver results

Experience of managing a large operational store

Background in fast paced stores is preferred

Develop a team who can and will interact with customers at all times

Make commercial decisions that benefit the store

Deliver high visual merchandising standards

Drive the performance of the management staff

Recruit, induct and train a team to focus on sales and adding value to the sales process

Commercially aware and able to understand business performance and react to areas that are under performingWe want to recruit a Store Manager who is a credible presence in the store, will be hands on and lead by example - this is not a job for an office manager! You will work with other stores in the region to aid your journey and showcase your ambition with your peers.
