TSA Surveying are working in partnership with a leading Property Surveying Consultancy and are looking to appoint Stock Condition Surveyors on a 12 MONTH contract starting ASAP in/around the CAMBRIDGESHIRE area to survey OVER 3000 PROPERTIES.

All surveys are carried out on a tablet device using asset management software.

Outside IR35 role

Paid Per Survey - Houses, Flats - Very Good Rates

Over 3000 properties to be surveyed

Properties located in/around the Cambridgeshire area

ID Badges, calling cards, large property lists provided and letter of authority for the door knocking properties.

Letter dropping every 2/3 weeks by the client.

12 MONTH CONTRACT - possible extension.

Below qualifications is a MUST:

A higher National Certificate (HNC) in a construction-related field, which is considered equivalent to the first year of a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree.

Also have a Stock Con & EPC role in West London and Stock Only in South London (Croydon) - if interested please call TSA.
