Boden group are working in partnership with a leading Property Surveying Consultancy and are looking to appoint Stock Condition Surveyors

The surveys will include reporting on Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS)

1. Using tablets to record the condition of social housing properties, remaining lifespan of components such as kitchens/bathrooms will be recorded along with the condition of the properties' exterior.

2. Large Property lists, calling cards, ID badges and letter of authority provided

3. Full Training Provided - Senior Surveyor Shadowing

4. Outside IR35 role

5. Paid Per Survey

6. Full Time – a minimum of 4 days’ work required.

7. Equipment and software proficiency - ability to use specialised tools and software for data collection
