Stock Condition Surveyor

Goodman Masson are working with a Housing Association to recruit for an interim Stock Condition Surveyor covering Cambridgeshire and surrounding areas.

Rate: £30-£32 per hour (negotiable, depending on experience)

Duration: 6 months +

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Conducting detailed property inspections across our portfolio to assess the condition of homes

Compiling reports on the physical state of housing, identifying repairs, improvements, and compliance with safety standards

Collaborating with our asset management and maintenance teams to prioritise necessary works

Ensuring properties meet health and safety regulations, including fire safety, energy efficiency, and accessibility

Supporting the development of long-term asset management strategies, helping us plan for the future of our housing stock

The successful candidate will have:

Proven experience as a Stock Condition Surveyor or in a similar role within the housing or construction sector.
