Support the Head Chef in leading a dedicated kitchen team, ensuring smooth service and impeccable standards.Work with fresh, hand-crafted pasta and premium Italian ingredients to deliver delicious, seasonal dishes.Play an integral role in menu development, contributing ideas for new dishes and seasonal changes.Ensure the kitchen maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.Mentor junior chefs, providing guidance and training to elevate the team's culinary skills.What We're Looking For:
