Our consultancy client are working with a large FS organisation who are looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager to manage the HR, Professional Services and BPO sourcing. The role will be focussed on the sourcing of non IT services across the client with a particular focus on HR and BPO. The team you will be joining girectly manage commercial deals in the billions annually and you will be working strategically with the internal teams sitting within procurement, legal and SME functions. Working with external suppliers to deliver a high quality product, service and to minimise risk and cost to the client. You will provide category knowledge and sourcing support to manage commercial negotiations with third parties, liaise with key business users to ensure favourable commercial terms and ensuring end to end sourcing cycle visibility, creating line of sight on demand, cost, service and risk. You will have worked in a similar role for a lager FS/banking client previously and the role has been deemed to be inside IR35. You can work out of Northampton, Cheshire or Glasgow and will need to be on site upto 3 days per week.
