We are a south west based software as a service company specialising in document flow, electronic signing and online forms for a large range of clients. Our biggest sector is the Estate Agent industry and we work with small companies through to the largest brands.

We are looking for someone to join our onboarding and customer success team. You will be helping our clients achieve the most with our software by offering a high level of support.

This is a full time working from home role with the occasional team days in Taunton or Bristol. Part time / flexy working will be considered for the right candidate.

These are the qualities we require:

Strong technical mindset. No software development skills expected but you will need to be able to grasp technical concepts and be very IT literate.


Show excellent business to business customer service skills. Specifically English written and spoken communication skills. You are likely to join zooms calls.


Self motivated. The entire team works from home and although we are in communication throughout the day you will need to be happy to work in that environment.

Some of the tasks you will undertake include:

Following up on incoming leads via email.
Responding to customer queries.
Using our custom software to create online forms for our clients.
Creating support centre articles and demo videos of our product.
Responding to incoming calls.

More about the role:

The team is currently small and you will be working directly with top level management..

We are undergoing a growth phase and require a self starter to get involved at all levels.

During the application process you will need to demonstrate technical aptitude and a strong ability to communicate well with others.

The role is full time and offered with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. A typical day would start at 9am and finish at 5pm but we are used to being flexible.

The role starts as soon as possible and is offered with a 6 month probation period.
