Pork Butchers – HU3 Area

Temporary – Ongoing Basis

Monday to Friday with Occasional Saturdays

13.00 Per Hour with 14.00 Overtime Rates

We are recruiting on behalf of our client in Hull. Our clients are a dedicated processing facility in Kingston Upon Hull producing fresh pork. Our client is looking to expand the Butchery Day shift team and have numerous immediate opportunities for Knife–skilled operatives for full time work Monday to Friday. Our client is searching for successful candidates that are reliable, flexible, self–motivated and hardworking, to which could lead to a permanent opportunity.

Responsibilities include:

Precise cutting of shoulder, leg and belly meat following onsite slaughter.Continuously checking the quality of products on the line.Complying with Food Safety and Quality procedures at all times.Following required work instructions and procedures.Maintaining a clean and safe environment.Possess previous butchery experience, preferably in Pork.Be able to work to strict deadlines in a fast–paced environment.Have a positive attitude and work ethic.Be able to work as part of a team.

We can offer:

13.00 per hour (depending on block test result)Monday to Friday HoursOvertime pays at 14.00 per hourImmediate starts following completion of registration, bench test and induction.Weekly Pay
