We are seeking a motivated, skilled individual for a one-year contract with experience in carpentry and basic construction work.

Required Skills & Experience:

Door and its frame installation
Building wooden wardrobes using plywood or MDF
Laminating wood, plywood sheets, or doors
Installing plasterboard and floor joists
Basic experience in bricklaying with a willingness to learn
Beginner skills in base plastering before wall tiling
Wall and floor tile installation.
Kitchen installation.
Beginner skills in bathroom installation but plumbing skillset is not required.

Terms & Conditions:

Must relocate and live on-site; a furnished one-bedroom apartment will be provided near the worksite for the contract duration. The apartment must be vacated upon contract completion.
All tools and materials will be supplied on-site.

Compensation:

• Salary is negotiable and will be paid monthly in fixed amount, independent of project milestones.
