Site Services Engineer

£15 per hour

A leading Electromechanical Services provider is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join their team, responsible for conducting site visits, servicing, repairs, and installations. This hands-on role will support the smooth operation of customer equipment and ensure timely, efficient service.

The Role

Conduct site visits, servicing, repairs, and installations as directed by the Site Service Supervisor.

Complete all required documentation, including risk assessments, and submit to the Site Service Supervisor after job completion.

Adhere strictly to Health and Safety protocols.

Complete and submit daily timesheets following company procedure.

Be available for call-out shifts (as per the rota) and overtime to support our 24/7 breakdown service.

The Person

Experience in a field-based engineering role

Strong knowledge of electric motors, gearboxes, and pumps

Electrical expertise, particularly with three-phase systems and inverters.

Previous experience in a similar industry (essential).

Mechanical and electrical engineering background.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Customer-focused with a professional approach.

Full driving licence is essential (company vehicle provided).

Willingness to attend call-outs and work outside regular hours.
