The Role

As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire facilities management operation at a high-profile site.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement FM strategy, monitor service performance, and manage financial tracking for budget compliance Act as the primary contact between customers and service providers, fostering strong relationships Oversee supply partner delivery and ensure adherence to service level agreements and key performance indicators Conduct continuous improvement reviews and ensure site audits meet statutory compliance Train and induct colleagues, addressing HR issues and responding promptly to emergencies
