Job title: Site Manager

Salary: 25 per hour PAYE (DOE)

Location: North London

Repairs & Maintenance

Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a leading Social Housing Contractor in the London area that are looking for a Site Manager to join their team on a temp basis for a minimum of 5 months.

Responsibilities:

As a Site Manager on this project, you will be a vital member of the team, and will work with your colleagues and the client to:

Post Inspect completed works and identify any issues or snaggingSpot Inspect contractors carrying out works and address any issues on siteAttend properties to identify scope of works required alongside building surveyor to ensure they are in line with the companies matrixTo produce a specification of works following a joint visit regarding works required in a timely fashionTo liaise with tenants, leaseholders and freeholdersTo provide advice as and when required to the Repairs Team.The experience/qualifications required:

Previous experience in social housingAble to manage and inspect contractors carrying out worksA trade qualification is preferredBe able to produce specifications of works using SOR Codes version 6SMSTS or equivalent.H&S qualifications like first aid, asbestos awareness, working at heights.
