Full-time Installer Wanted (Hertfordshire)

A small but growing bespoke sign company based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire are looking for a multi-skilled fitter, with an eye for detail, who is keen to join our journey.

Main bulk of our work is for high-end customers who are mainly in London and surrounding areas, but we do work across the whole of the UK from time to time.

Currently both directors are producing jobs from start to finish in the workshop, but as we are growing, we’re finding the need for another pair of hands on the install side of things to help us solidify our growth further. Also, from time to time, help preparing jobs for installation will also be required (training can be given)

We invite applicants who are punctual, well-presented and hold a strong command of English, with capabilities of successfully installing all types of signage in a professional, safe and clean manner. You’ll need to be flexible and prepared to work unsocial hours when needed. You’ll also need to have good face to face manner and communication skills making sure you give the best customer experience possible.

Applicants will need a driving licence (preferably clean)

PASMA, CSCS and IPAF tickets would be a bonus but not essential, we can explore these qualifications for further personal development for the right person.

Competitive salary - negotiable and based on experience.

Full time – employed basis, but we’re also open to general all-rounders and freelance applicants, either way you need to be the right person.
