Your Role:

As a Service Charge Specialist, you will be instrumental in managing and optimizing service charge processes. You will work closely with our social housing partner to ensure transparency, accuracy, and fairness in service charge allocations.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and calculate service charges in line with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to provide clear communication regarding service charge structures. Prepare reports and documentation to support service charge audits. Engage with residents to address queries and ensure understanding of service charge impacts. What We re Looking For:
