Service Advisor - £27,000 – Main Dealership – Nottingham

Our client, a main dealership in Nottingham, is looking for a Service Advisor to join their dynamic and busy Aftersales team. The Service Advisor role comes with a competitive salary of £27,000.

Benefits:

Basic salary of £27,000 with an OTE of £36,000

Working hours are Monday to Friday + Saturdays on rota

Key Service Advisor Roles and Responsibilities:

Ensure customers are aware of service and repair work required for their vehicles in a professional manner.

As a Service Advisor, you will advise on timescales and collection arrangements.

As a Service Advisor, maintain excellent customer service and communication throughout the service process.

As a Service Advisor, ensure all vehicle records and paperwork are completed accurately and promptly.Minimum Service Advisor Requirements:

Experience in a similar role, such as Service Admin, Service Advisor, or similar positions.

An ability to sell additional products and services to customers.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills suitable for a Service Advisor.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for a Service Advisor.Job Details:
