Are you an experienced Service Advisor with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? Looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dealership in Borehamwood? We want to hear from you!

You will be the primary point of contact for customers checking in their vehicles and their reliable advisor for providing updates on vehicle progress. Strong relationship-building skills and excellent organisational abilities are essential.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a dealership or automotive service environment is a must

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach

Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes is desirable

A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations.

Full UK Driving Licence

The package

Basic salary: £28,000 - £31,000 + up to £35,000 OTE (uncapped)
