We are looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our client's busy dealership in Southend. If you're passionate about providing top-notch service in the automotive industry, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

* Greet and assist customers throughout their vehicle service

* Manage service bookings and coordinate with the workshop

* Keep customers updated and handle vehicle handovers

* Upsell services and products

* Maintain a clean, organised workspace and stay updated through training

Requirements:

* Previous Service Advisor experience in the automotive industry

* Full UK driving licence

* Strong customer service, attention to detail, and time management skills

The Package:

* Competitive salary: £28,000 + OTE up to £35,200

* Manufacturer training and career development

* Mon-Fri: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

* 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM
