Service Advisor

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm. Saturdays are worked on a rota basis. Basic Salary: up to GBP33,000 p.a. (depending on experience). Great Bonus Opportunity! On average GBP10,000 p.a. on top of the basic salary Training Scheme: career development with the manufacturer. Employee benefits and rewards scheme. Long Service Holiday Reward - After 3 years 1 day extra / after 5 years 1 more days extra (capped at 24 days). Birthday off or closest day to it (not considered a holiday day). Share Scheme the Company currently has a good share price listed. Pension 3% employer contribution with 5% from employee. Salary Sacrifice Scheme pensions programme allows the employee to get an extra 0.5% on employer contributions (from gross salary paid). Contract: Full Time, Permanent. We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive Prestige Main Car Dealership who are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Hampstead area.

Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.

Their minimum requirements for a Service Advisor are as follows:

A working experience within a Service Advisor role The ability to upsell on service work and service plans Customer Focused and an excellent communicator Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database Software As a Service Advisor with our Client you will be expected to:

Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems Update Customers and Vehicle Records Prepare and complete Invoices Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed Other Ad-Hoc Duties as the role requires For your hard work, our client is offering a salary of up to GBP33,000with OTE of circa GBP43,000.
