Service Advisor required for Main Dealer in Croydon, Surrey / South London

Hours - Monday - Friday 8.00am - 6pm NO WEEKENDS!

Salary - Depending on Experience starting GBP28,000 plus bonus OTE circa GBP8,000

Main Dealer offering ongoing manufacturer training and an excellent working environment!

We're looking for someone with a passion for customer service, someone who thrives in a fast-paced, busy environment, and preferably with a background working within the Motor Industry in a car dealership.

The role involves greeting customers into the Service Department for Service / MOT of their vehicle, liaising between customers and the workshop, updating the customer in relation to any additional work required and arranging collection/ delivery of the car. This can be a very demanding environment, and will suit someone naturally positive and up-beat who is truly focused on making sure the customer receives the best service possible.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have experience working as a Service Advisor, but if you've worked within a host/reception, service bookings, parts, aftersales, sales or similar role and think you have what it takes, we'd like to hear from you.
