Service Advisor - Main Dealer, Tonbridge Area

Salary: 28,000 - 32,000 + Bonuses

Hours: 42 hours per week, 1 in 3 weekends

Be the welcoming face of the dealership, ensuring every customer feels valued and heard.Manage customer bookings and communicate updates, providing exceptional service at every step.Offer expert advice on vehicle servicing and repairs, while proactively recommending additional services.Ensure accurate invoicing, handle payments, and keep detailed customer records.Collaborate with the workshop team to ensure efficient communication and smooth workflow.What We're Looking For:
