SERVICE ADVISOR EXETER

GBP30,000 - GBP33,000 Basic Salary (Depending on experience)

+ Bonus (GBP36,000 OTE)

A highly reputable dealership based in the Exeter area are currently looking for a Service Advisor to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to progress their career with an established company offering various benefits and long-term career prospects.

A suitbale candidate must have experience and knowledge within the automotive sector.

SERVICE ADVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Day to day office administration duties Professionally dealing with incoming telephone calls Work in progress (WIP) control for workshop Deal with customer needs face-to-face and over the phone with a professional, friendly approach MOT and service scheduling Updating customers with vehicle progress Assist with other duties as and when required SERVICE ADVISOR SKILLS REQUIRED:

Excellent customer service skills Proven organisational skills Proven administrative skills Excellent interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills Ability to work as a part of a team as well as on own initiative Computer literate Able to work on own initiative and under pressure Good working knowledge of Microsoft systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge of the automotive industry and of the Autoline computer system would be desirable Please APPLY via this advert today for more information.
