You will be the primary point of contact for customers checking in their vehicles and their reliable advisor for providing updates on vehicle progress. Strong relationship-building skills and excellent organisational abilities are essential.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a dealership or automotive service environment is a mustExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approachStrong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of automotive systems and repair processes is desirableA positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations.Full UK Driving Licence

The package

Basic salary: 28,000 - 31,000 + up to 35,000 OTE (uncapped)Company and manufacturer trainingLong Service holiday rewards that increase with your length of service
