Job Title: SEO Specialist

Location: Solihull (Hybrid Working)

Salary: £35,000-£40,000

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join an award winning agency in Solihull. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid working, combining the best of remote work with in-office collaboration. If you have 3+ years of SEO experience, preferably in an agency environment, and are skilled in using tools like SEMrush and Ahrefs, this could be the perfect role for you!

You will work across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, helping our clients improve their online visibility and search engine rankings.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.

Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis.

Use tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics to monitor and optimize performance.

Handle both on-page and off-page SEO, ensuring content and backlinks are optimized.

Perform technical SEO audits, identifying areas for improvement across client websites.

Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to enhance website performance and SEO alignment.Requirements:

3+ years of SEO experience, ideally within an agency environment.

Strong knowledge of SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools.

Hands-on experience with on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

Excellent understanding of SEO best practices and search engine algorithms.
