Job title: Senior Site Manager

Salary: 80000 – 85000 per annum + c/a, bonus, pension, health care

Our client is one of the UK's leading residential developers. They are looking to recruit a Senior Site Manager for their prestigious development in North London. Reporting into a Project Manager you will be overseeing the construction of 315 units in 4 RC Frame Tower Blocks, overseeing Site set–up and enabling works.

Ensuring your part of the development moves to speed and programme, you will be expected to attend daily briefing meetings with Senior Management and black hats/sub–contractors, as well as attend weekly progress meetings. You will need to have proven experience as a Senior Site Manager with a residential developer or main contractor.

This development has a project completion date of 2027 and our client has a considerable amount of future work in the pipeline, so genuine and excellent opportunities of progression.
