Senior Service Advisor - Guildford

We are seeking an experienced Senior Service Advisor for a busy dealership in Guildford. In this role, you will manage the service department's daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service while supporting the team. The role is full-time, working 42 hours per week, and offers competitive pay with bonuses and overtime opportunities.

Salary: 29,000 - 34,000 (DOE)

Bonuses & Overtime: Available

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the service department, ensuring high levels of customer satisfactionManage customer bookings, updates, and aftercare servicesCoordinate with technicians and parts department for smooth workflowHandle customer queries and resolve any service-related issuesMonitor KPIs and ensure targets are metRequirements:
