SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR / LISTER – Residential Lettings

Location: Brentwood, CM14

Salary: OTE £40k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

Our client, a highly successful, forward thinking Estate and Lettings Agents, are looking to recruit a Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister to join their team based at their branch in the Brentwood area.

The ideal candidate must have experience in residential sales with excellent achievements in both selling property and generating new business.

You will have a track record in hitting and exceeding targets, be ambitious and highly motivated to progress your career, have a winning mindset and most importantly, you will be in your element when delivering spectacular customer service.

Skills required for this Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister role will include:

Residential sales experience essential

Listing & Valuation experience beneficial

Ability to work well under pressure

Excellent communication skills

Ability to generate new business

Excellent customer service skills

Well-spoken and well-presented

Knowledge of the local market area

Target driven and dynamic

Full UK driving licence

Excellent spoken and written English
