Recruitment Manager Transport & Logistics Recruitment Agency 30,000 to 40,000 per annum plus benefitsPotters BarA busy Transport & Logistics Recruitment agency is seeking an ambitious Recruitment Manager with excellent account management experience to join its talented team based in Potters Bar.

Candidates with a knowledge of the Transport & Logistics recruitment sector including HGV and warehouse recruitment will be given priority consideration.

About the Role

Experience of sales would be good, but what is important for us is a positive attitude and the willingness to become a key player within a short space of time.

Key Responsibilities

Supported by a small team of Account Support Executives, you will be responsible for delivering the staffing requirements of a number of key blue chip accounts.The role will include making daily calls and establishing staff numbers with client transport & logistics staff.Recruiting and filling vacancies including growing and managing staff poolsMaintaining compliance requirements and ensuring time sheets are submitted on time for the payroll team to deliver weekly pay slips to staff.Key Requirements

You will have the skills and experience to grow your desk by working closely with key clients, agency staff and your teamYou will have the ability to follow a process and have excellent time management skills.You must have strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with candidates and clients; coupled with high levels of customer service.A strong business acumen is essential.Excellent knowledge of spreadsheets and other business/recruitment software packages such as JoinedUp, Indeed or Broadbean will be advantageous.Knowledge of candidate lead generation techniques and social media to grow candidate pools desirable.1 years experience preferably within Transport & Logistics and Industrial sector.Great staff management skillsFull Clean Driving License.The Package & Rewards
