The Role:

You will be responsible for developing new client relationships in your dedicated sector within the Life Science, Pharma or Biotech industry and have the opportunity to generate new business across the UK, EU and US Markets. As well as establishing these new relationships you’ll also be maximising opportunities with our existing client base.

This is a traditional 360 role where you will be generating assignments to work and manging the full recruitment process while offering a first-class service to your candidates and clients.

We pride ourselves on our consultative approach and adding true value to our clients recruitment process so you’ll operate in a similar style to ensure we maintain our reputation as one of the most knowledgeable recruitment agencies in our sector.

What Kind of Person Are We Looking For?

We are looking for proven recruitment consultant in the Pharma or Life Science industry. You’ll have strong candidate and client development skills and you know what its takes to be successful in recruitment.

A strong work ethic, proactive and focused approach with a good sense of humour will ensure you fit in to our team and culture.
