Job Title: Senior Recruitment Consultant

Location: Formby, Liverpool

Remote: Hybrid Working

Salary: 30,000 - 40,000

Job Overview: Senior Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Formby. In this role, you will be responsible for running a 360-recruitment desk, specialising in the Logistics, Industrial, Hospitality or Health & Social Care sectors. You will manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting top talent to building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities of a Senior Recruitment Consultant:

Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs across multiple sectors.Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.Collaborate with team members to achieve targets and drive overall business success.Stay up to date with industry trends and market insights to inform recruitment practices.Requirement to be on a on call rota

Technical Knowledge / Qualifications:

Minimum of 12 months experienceProven experience in a 360-recruitment role, preferably within Logistics, Hospitality, Industrial, or Health & Social Care.Experience of running a temp desk with high volume staffing requirementsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building relationships.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving targets.Driving licence & own transport is essential for this role
