SMarter Recruitment are currently looking for a Senior RCW to work within a brand new home in Tunstall, Stoke-On-Trent.

This role is based in a brand new home so this will be your chance to be a part of building a team around you from the beginning.

We are looking for a Senior RCW who has previous experience with working with young children in a residential setting, with behavioural and learning disabilities.

Role -

Helping to run the day to day working life within the home Helping the deputy/manager to complete or fill shifts for the rota's Making sure that the staff are doing the daily checks within the home Home cleanliness Weekly food menu's Food Shopping You will be contracted to work 165 hours per month, plus sleep ins when required

Pay-

13.50- 14.00ph depending on experience

55.00 per sleep in
