JOB DESCRIPTION Make a real impact! Join our team as a Senior PWP, Traige Lead on a Locum and/or Permenant basis.

We are recruiting for a Triage lead to manage and develop the triage team. The post holder will be an engaging leader and will support a team of triage practitioners; providing clinical guidance, supervision and case management to enhance their experience at work and contribute towards their professional development. The role will suit a qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) with a minimum of two years experience in an IAPT setting.

What you'll do:

To set and maintain standards of care in clinical triage and deploy, co-ordinate and supervise the triage team across the service to maintain effective and timely response to new referrals.To provide leadership and management to a team and support staff covering the triage function.To be responsible for the team's maintenance of client and other recordsTo participate in the development of protocols and pathways to support self management, standardisation of clinical practice, and efficient use of resources.
