Senior Property Manager

Our client, driven by exciting partnerships within the luxury living space, is looking for a Senior Property Manager to take ownership of their own portfolio. Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with landlords in a way that reflects the high–level serviceArranging, carrying out and following up on snagging Reports for our new–build properties.Ensuring that we have a suitable number of keys sets for tenants, and to suitably manage any new properties.All work is mainly office based, other tasks are outsourced such as check–ins, inventory checks etc.Organising & recommending maintenance works, including new build snagging and defects managementMaking regular 'check in' calls with landlordsDelivering exceptional customer service to our customers & landlordsRenewing & negotiating tenancy agreementsDealing with Deposit apportionmentsManaging a smaller portfolio of up to 100Responsibility of 'key client' portfoliosLead and coach a small team
What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a busy lettings/property management office.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.Experience with property lettings software. (Reapit / Goodlord / Fixflo are desirable)Exceptional customer service skills and strong organisational skills.Excellent spoken and written communication skills.A naturally upbeat and positive person with a can–do attitude and a strong work ethic.ARLA qualification is desirable.Why Choose Us?
