Our client, a leading entity in the defence and security industry, is currently seeking a Senior Planning, Monitoring & Control Professional - Controls to join their submarine solutions team on a 12-month contract. This position is based in Barrow, with hybrid working arrangements allowing for two days every two weeks on site.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and overseeing project controls within the defence sectorImplementing effective planning, monitoring, and control processesEnsuring all project control procedures align with industry standards and client requirementsConducting regular project reviews and reporting on progress, performance, and potential risksCollaborating closely with project teams to ensure accurate and timely updatesSupporting project delivery through robust control methodologies and techniquesCovering for maternity leave within the project controls unitMaintaining a strong focus on security and confidentiality due to the sensitivity of the projects

Job Requirements:
