What You'll Do:

Lead and manage a small ER team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.Provide expert advice and support on a wide range of employee relations issues.Proactively identify and resolve complex HR situations, ensuring compliance with all employment legislation and company policies.Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategies with overall business goals.Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders across the business, offering solutions and mitigating risks.Who You Are:

A seasoned HR professional with a proven track record of success in employee relations.Experienced in leading and developing a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.A confident decision-maker with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Up-to-date knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and best practices.A strong communicator with the ability to build trust and rapport with employees at all levels.Possess a CIPD qualification or be actively working towards one.
