Senior Finance Transformation Consultant

c. £800 P/D outside IR35

My client is looking for a Senior Finance Transformation Consultant to join their team. Reporting directly into the CFO you will be responsible for leading complex Finance Transformation initiatives focusing on Finance Operating Model (Finance TOM) design, shared service centre (SSC) design and re-scoping.

As a key advisor you will help them to design a new Finance function, helping to streamline operations and drive efficiency through strategic solutions.

You will be partnering closely with the CFO and other relevant leads globally and so there will be some international travel required.

Day to day:

Partnering closely with senior management to understand ways of working and collate information to support the design of a new finance operating model (Finance TOM)

Work closely with a number of stakeholders to drive the execution of these new ways of working and support the delivery of a new finance structure and ways of working

In order to be considered for this role you must:

Have led Finance Transformation projects focused on finance operating model design, process optimisation, ideally in a Shared Service Centre (SSC) capacity and strategic finance restructuring

Designed and implemented future-state finance operating models

Provided expertise in the development and optimisation of off shored finance functions

Collaborated with and closely worked alongside C-Suite, senior executives and other stakeholders to align on and identify needs

Have conducted detailed assessments on current finance functions, and provided suggestions on how to improve efficiency

It would also be beneficial if you have worked to lead and transform high volume transactional functions, order to cash understanding will be extremely important in this role
