FMCG Senior Recruitment Consultant/Business Developer - HIGH basic GBP35k plus OTE GBP60-80k and Car allowance

They have a strong track record delivering to a range of clients from SME s through to global organisations. Recruiting across Sales, Marketing & Professional Services throughout the IT, Engineering, FMCG, Production & Manufacturing, FMCG, Construction & Commercial Sectors.

The FMCG Division is vacancy rich and as such they need to expand by adding to the team, and they are now seeking a strong recruiter who has a proven track record in business development to work with my clients team in their Holywood branch.

This would suit someone who wants to work in a 'true consultative environment and still enjoys the thrill of chasing and winning new business in an autonomous way where they can focus on the job and have a hand in growing the Holywood branch

You will be able to reap considerable financial rewards, they offer a realistic and generous commission structure with superb earning potential.

The office has a relaxed feel and everyone gets on well both in and outside of work.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate must be an experienced Recruiter who has a proven track record in the FMCG/ Food Manufacturing sectors contract or perm and an individual that is ambitious and has an excellent track record in business development within the recruitment industry.

THE PACKAGE AND OPPORTUNITY

My client will pay a basic salary of 35K with car allowance and commission on top and offer an excellent work/life balance with flexibility to work from home the odd day when needed. They also have a fast track to management and can offer stability, great promotion prospects and much more.
