Property Manager (Directorship potential) Chichester up to GBP60k + Car and shares

We re working with the Estate Management Arm of a highly successful, multi office property services group whose area of operation spans Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire.

Within their Leasehold Block Management division, they now seek a Senior Property Manager as follows:

Working fully office based from Chichester (in addition to visiting the various sites under management as required) Overseeing a growing portfolio, currently comprising 600 units with more in the pipeline Undertaking the full range of duties from budget setting to insurance and major works, including handovers Portfolio is RTM co biased, so customer focus essential for retention and further growth Eventually managing a team as the department continues to grow 3–5 years block management essential, alongside a stable career history and strong ties to the South Coast and surrounding counties Professional qualifications desirable but not essential Hours of work are Mon–Fri 8.30am to 6pm with occasional Saturday mornings as required, in addition to AGM s where appropriate

This position is a pivotal appointment with Directorship and Shareholding potential moving forward.

In addition to a starting salary up to GBP60k the successful Property Manager can expect a company car, benefits and an active social calendar.
