Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Semi Drycaster to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience in casting stone products using semi–dry techniques and will be responsible for producing quality stone pieces efficiently to meet production targets. This is a piece–rate position, meaning pay is based on the number of quality pieces produced, offering strong earning potential for motivated and skilled individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

Working on a bench hand compacting and troweling up semi dry concrete mix into wooden moulds Turning out moulds and placing them in a curing chamber. Prepare the correct mixture consistency and quality control. Carefully handle, fill, and level moulds to achieve uniformity and adherence to product specifications. Maintain a steady pace of production to achieve piece rate targets while meeting quality standards. Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies, ensuring each item meets quality guidelines. Ensure all casting areas are kept clean and orderly, maintaining a safe working environment Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to supervisors for timely repairs. Requirements:

Experience: Previous experience in dry casting or a related production role is highly desirable. Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and efficiently under piece–rate conditions. Physical Stamina: Able to lift molds and raw materials, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks. Reliability: A strong work ethic, punctuality, and a commitment to achieving high production standards. Safety: Familiarity with and commitment to workplace health and safety protocols. Benefits:
