Full-time Permanent Secretary in Dingwall Your new company

Your new company is a small legal practice based in Dingwall. They are looking for an experienced secretary to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your new role

Your new role will involve duties such as audio dictation, filing, completion of client forms including registration, managing administration of client accounts, being the first point of contact for clients by meeting & greeting, answering phone calls or emails.

What you'll need to succeed

What you'll need to succeed is a background in a secretarial role, be used to working in a busy and fast-paced environment and in a small team. The perfect candidate would be a strong communicator, confident user of Word and Excel, with strong audio dictation skills. Experience in the legal sector is preferred but not required as full training is provided.

What you'll get in return

What you'll get in return is a full-time permanent role working for a fast-growing company. The salary range is between GBP24000 to GBP26000 per year. The hours would be 09:00-17:00 Monday to Thursday and 09:00-16:30 on Friday, with an hour lunch break plus two 15-minute tea breaks during the day. Free parking is available.
