We are seeking a HR Advisor for our Education client based in Hereford to work on. permanent basis either part time or full time paying between GBP30,000 to GBP32,500 + Great benefits pro rata depending on experience.

This role allows hybrid working.

The successful candidate will possess proven skills working with the following -

HR HR Advice & Support Schools experience Employee Relations cases (ER) Report writing HR Policies HR Casework - disciplinary, grievance, sickness, absences management, TUPE, CIPD Qualified
