Job Title: Sales Progression Manager

Location: Our modern offices in Colchester, Essex

Rewards: Up to £30K base salary (depending on experience) plus commission, bonuses and benefits. Realistically achievable OTE of £34K.

Target: Candidates with previous Sales Progression or Conveyancing experience.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. No weekends required!

Start Date: Immediate interview and start date.

We're now looking for 2 Sales Progression Managers who will be responsible for managing the sale of part exchange properties for our Housebuilder clients, ensuring all agreed sales end in a smooth exchange of contracts and speedy legal completion.
