Vacancy: SALES NEGOTIATOR / SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Bishop’s Waltham (Southampton), SO32

Salary: OTE: £35k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, dynamic and conscientious Sales or Senior Sales Negotiator to forge a career within a long-established, highly professional, local independent estate agent based in the Bishop’s Waltham (Southampton) area.

The right candidate will be smart, well-presented, articulate, persuasive and have the drive and determination to succeed. In addition, you will be passionate about the property industry and in delivering a superior service in an environment where you will be rewarded on your skill and ability.

The perfect candidate will currently be in Residential Sales in the local area and be looking to take the next step in their career.

The Company: Our client is a highly professional Independent Sales and Lettings Estate Agency, with an excellent reputation, a well-known brand, and offices in the Southampton area.

Skills required for thisSales / Senior Sales Negotiator role will include:

Experience in residential sales

Excellent sales ability

High level of customer service skills

Good telephone manner and positive attitude

Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated

Knowledge of the Bishop’s Waltham (Southampton) area helpful

Full Driving License essential and own car preferred.
