Vacancy: SALES NEGOTIATOR or SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR Residential Estate Agency

Location: Wimbledon, SW16

Salary: OTE GBP45k

Position: Permanent Full Time

An experienced Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator (Estate Agent) is sought for this highly successful award winning Estate Agency in Wimbledon.

They are looking for a proactive, personable Sales Negotiator with an excellent track record in the industry and the ability to help to grow and develop the business.

The perfect candidate will have previous experience in Estate Agency and have the ability to generate and win business whilst consistently providing exceptional client service.

We are looking for a candidate who is energetic, dynamic and naturally good with people.

You must have the ability to be persuasive and a great negotiator and having instruction winning and listing skills would be a distinct advantage.

Local knowledge would be helpful.

The Company: Our client is an Independent Sales and Lettings agency with offices in the Wimbledon area which offers expert advice in all areas of sales and lettings.
