Location: Bishop s Waltham (Southampton), SO32

Salary: OTE: GBP35k

Position: Permanent Full Time

This is an exciting opportunity for a self–motivated, dynamic and conscientious Sales or Senior Sales Negotiator to forge a career within a long–established, highly professional, local independent estate agent based in the Bishop s Waltham (Southampton) area.

The right candidate will be smart, well–presented, articulate, persuasive and have the drive and determination to succeed. In addition, you will be passionate about the property industry and in delivering a superior service in an environment where you will be rewarded on your skill and ability.

The perfect candidate will currently be in Residential Sales in the local area and be looking to take the next step in their career.
