Salary: OTE £40k

This position would suit an ambitious salesperson who is looking to build a career in the property industry. You should be smart, well-presented, articulate, persuasive and have the drive and determination to succeed in negotiating solid sales, winning business and creating opportunities.

The ideal candidate must have previous experience in the Residential Sales industry / Estate Agency.

Skills required for this Sales Negotiator role will include:

Residential sales experience within an estate agents

High level of customer service

Exceptional telephone manner

Well-presented and well-spoken

Ambitious and self-motivated

Local knowledge of the London market

Live within easy reach of the offices
