Sales Negotiator

Location: York

Salary: GBP21,000 – GBP24,000 per annum (Negotiable dependent on experience and track record)

The Role

The company are looking for an ambitious individual to join their team as Sales Negotiator with future development to progress to the valuer role.

You may or may not have experience in an Estate Agency role however, they are looking for naturally driven, energetic and outgoing personalities who love dealing with clients both over the phone and face to face.

Responsibilities:

Supporting your area valuers to help the clients move.Generate new and repeat business opportunities whilst maintaining client relationships.Adopt a positive and motivational approach to maintaining a culture of professional behaviour and customer care.Be willing to roll your sleeves up and do whatever makes you and the company successful.Arrange and attend viewings, providing an informative service to all customers.Manage the sale process to successful completion. Skills and Qualifications

Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent, Senior Negotiator or Valuer (Desirable)The ability to work well within a team, communicate and liaise with other clearly and concisely.Proven background in building long–lasting customer relationships.Confident communication skills both personable and professional.A desire and drive to be successfulClean driving license and own car.
