Our client is an established independent Estate Agent with branches across London and the home counties who are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Negotiator to join their Lewisham branch.

Key Requirements are to:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Conduct property viewings. Handle negotiations between buyers and sellers. Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business. Manage the sales progression process. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self–motivated and driven to hit monthly targets. Attention to detail and good organisational skills. A Full UK driving licence. Benefits as a Sales Negotiator:

Basic salary of 20,000 – 35,000 OTE. Car Allwance Solicitor & FS referrals Uncapped commission structure. Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
