RESIDENTIAL SALES MANAGER Residential Estate Agency

Location: Surbiton, KT6

Salary: OTE GBP50k

Position: Permanent Full Time

Our client, a highly successful and instantly recognised Estate Agency Group is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Manager to join their professional team based at their Surbiton office.

You will already be in a similar position, have previous experience managing a sales team, have a great track record in residential Sales and in generating and winning instructions.

You will need to be a people motivator, an effective manager, a charismatic business winner and be driven to succeed. You will be determined, proactive, have a positive approach and familiarity with the local area.

Skills: The skills required for this Sales Manager role will include:

Previous experience as a Sales ManagerListing and instruction winning experienceAbility to build strong business relationshipsFocused to lead and motivate a teamAble to win new businessFull UK driving license and car owner requiredLocal knowledge of the Surbiton area is preferred
