SALES MANAGER Residential Estate Agency

Location: Virginia Water, GU25

Salary: OTE GBP50k

Position: Permanent Full Time

If you are a vibrant, charismatic individual with a great property background, we have a superb opportunity at an energetic Estate & Lettings Agency in the Virginia Water area.

To be considered for this role you must have previous estate agency experience; a proven track record of achievement in a property sales role, significant successful experience of valuations and listings as well as mentoring and motivating both a sales team.

The perfect candidate will be highly self–motivated, well–presented, well spoken, eloquent, engaging, charming and specifically, be capable of winning new business at the right price for the right fee.

You will also be innovative and capable of spotting new and valuable business opportunities.
