Vacancy: SALES & LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR Residential Estate Agency

Location: Wimbledon, SW19

Salary: OTE GBP35 – GBP40k

Position: Permanent Full Time

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join a forward–thinking Estate & Lettings Agency in Wimbledon.

We are looking for a fabulous, multi–skilled dynamic individual to fill this role but experience in a single discipline and a desire to learn will also be considered.

You will need to have a great track record in Residential Sales and / or Lettings. You will be enthusiastic, energetic, proactive and have the ability to build a good rapport with people whilst consistently providing exceptional client service.

You need to be able to work independently as well as working as part of a team. You will thrive in a target driven industry and work well in a pressurised environment.

Skills required for this Sales & Lettings Negotiator (Estate Agency) role will include:

Experience in Residential Sales and / or LettingsSuperb selling and negotiation skillsThorough knowledge of the lettings and sales processesHigh level of customer service skillsAn exemplary telephone mannerWell presented, ambitious and self–motivatedKnowledge of the Wimbledon area helpfulFull UK Driving License essentialThoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency Benefits with this Sales & Lettings Negotiator role include:
